Two people are due to appear in court today over an incident where a man was allegedly stabbed in York.
They have been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent following the incident at a property on Huntington Road on Monday (5 October).
A 55-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman were arrested at the time of the incident.
They have been remanded in custody since their arrest and are due to appear at York Magistrates Court today (Thursday).
The 51-year-old man who was also arrested at the time, has been released on conditional bail while further enquiries are carried out.
Police were called to a disturbance at the property at around 11pm on Sunday night.
On arrival, a man in his 30s was found stabbed with serious abdominal injuries and was taken to hospital where he remains in a serious condition.
