A man was taken to hospital with a head injury after a crash in North Yorkshire this afternoon (Friday).
Emergency services were called to the incident on the A659 at Tadcaster at 3.21pm.
A van and a tanker had collided. Fire crews from Tadcaster, Acomb and York went to the scene.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A 32 year old male was out of the VW Transporter van on arrival of crews.
“He was treated for a head injury before the arrival of the ambulance service, and taken to hospital via road ambulance.
“A male driver of the tanker was out on arrival, and uninjured.”
