Calling all literary lovers! Four book events are coming our way, including one focused on the popular Romantasy genre.
If you can’t wait until March 2026 for the annual York Literature Festival, you’re in luck – as they’re presenting a special Autumn Fest edition this month.
The line-up of events includes Tracy Borman, Jenn Ashworth, the book launch for Robert C. Edgar’s middle-grade espionage novel and what promises to be an exciting panel with four of the UK’s leading Romantasy authors.

A Talk with Jenn Ashworth about her new book The Parallel Path

In Your Orbit: the Romantasy Authors Queering the Genre for Good
York Literature Festival are delighted to partner with Orbit and Portal Bookshop to deliver an exciting panel discussion from four of the UK’s most innovative Romantasy writers: Tasha Suri, V.L. Bovalino, C.L. Clark and Francesca May.
