A woman has been seriously hurt in a two-car crash in York.
It happened just before 9am on Tuesday (8 November), on Corban Lane, near to the junction of Moor Lane, north of the city.
It involved a grey Volvo XC90 and a white Toyota Aygo.
The Aygo driver was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. She remains in a stable condition in hospital.
The other driver suffered minor injuries.
A road closure was put in place for investigation work and to allow recovery of the vehicles involved to be completed.
