Selby and Tadcaster firefighters came and put the fire out at 10.49am.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The fire was caused accidentally with one vehicle, before spreading to a second vehicle.

“Crews extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets, firefighting foam, a thermal imaging camera, immediate emergency care pack and two breathing apparatus.

“The fire caused 100% fire damage to the first vehicle and 95% fire damage to the second vehicle. Crews assisted with casualty care of one of the vehicle owners.”
