A wanted York man has been arrested.
Police put out an appeal to find Daniel James Bell, 31, following a robbery in the city centre in which a woman in her 80s was knocked to the ground.
They even released CCTV of the incident.
Last night (Tuesday), North Yorkshire Police issued this update: “Earlier today police in York arrested Daniel James Bell, 31, who was wanted in connection with a robbery on Monday 21 July.
“He is now in police custody for questioning.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal. “
