North Yorkshire firefighters were involved in another animal rescue mission last night.
They were called to Ousegate, Selby, at 8.26pm after a dog fell down a well.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Selby responded to a dog fallen in a deep well.
“Crews rescued the dog using an triple extension ladder and swift water gear.”
