James, perhaps best know for BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, has joined forces with Albert Bartlett to launch SpudULike by James Martin – and he’s taking the humble baked potato to a whole new level.
Move over ordinary beans and cheese – how do fancy BBQ pork ribs on top of your jacket or peri peri chicken wings? Or maybe chickpea daal or smoked salmon?
The chef has been visiting branches up and down the country to showcase the new menu – and now it’s York’s turn.
