An argument turned into criminal damage at a York taxi rank.
The altercation took place on Monday, 9 September at around 1.30pm.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “It involved an argument – which resulted in a screwdriver being used to damage the victim’s vehicle.
“If you have seen this incident take place or you have any further details, please contact us.”
