Crews were called to another fire on the Foss Fairy Trail this morning (Sunday).
But this time it is not believed to have been vandalism.
Firefighters from York went to the incident, off Huntington Road at 2.48am.

A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from York responded to reports of a fire to a small wooden structure on a fairy trail.
“Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, which was believed to have been accidental.”
Previously the fairy trail, which is run by volunteers, has been attacked by vandals.
Parts of it were set alight in August 2024 and again in May this year.
