Firefighters were put out a blaze near some flats in York this morning (Tuesday).
They were called to Lindsey Avenue, off Boroughbridge Road, at 6.22am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Acomb crews attended a fire in a wheelie bin storage area of some flats.
“The cause of the fire is believed to have been deliberate. Crews used a hose reel.”
