Made in collaboration with Brew York and the Shambles very own The Cheese Trader, it features a juicy patty loaded with a perfectly blended cheese and relish combo with onions fried in Coney Beer from Brew York. It’s not your average cheeseburger, this one’s got character, and you won’t find it anywhere else but York.
