Firefighters were called to a fire in a York park last night (Wednesday).
Crews from York went to Hull Road Park off Flaxman Avenue at 10.41pm.
They found a motorbike “well alight” and put the fire out.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The vehicle suffered extensive damage with the cause of the fire being deliberate ignition.
“The incident was then left in the hands of police.”
