Emergency services were called to an incident in York where a person was trying to set fire to items.
Firefighters went to the property, in an undisclosed location, at 9.45pm last night (Friday).
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from York and Acomb responded to reports of an occupant in a property attempting to set fire to items.
“On arrival police were in attendance and speaking with occupant. Crew carried out an inspection. No signs of any fire so incident left in hands of police.”
