Dawn, tell us what you do for York Rescue Boat.
I am the fundraising manager for York Rescue Boat. That entails overseeing every aspect of fundraising, from the face-to-face events, looking after the grants, the corporate side of it, sponsorship – I just look after everything.
What is your favourite thing about being part of the team at York Rescue Boat?
I like meeting people, I like going out and meeting the public. Talking to them, getting to know them as well as them getting to know the charity – making sure that people actually do know about what what York Rescue Boat does.
