Laura and I were filming at York's Chocolate Story on Monday (cant wait for you all to see the video, we had so much fun playing Trick or Treat with the public of North Yorkshire!) and then at our Restaurant of the Week, Pizza on the Square in Malton! So, I did have a sneaky couple of chocolates and a couple of slices of delicious pizza...
Knowing what I had lined up for the week, I made sure to put in the extra effort at the gym at my 3 sessions, and it paid off! This week during my regular update from the Transform York owner, Tom, I found out that I'd lost another 2kg taking me to over 10kg lost, which equates to pretty much 2 stone!!
I'm absolutely delighted at the loss, and I'm really starting to notice the difference in my physical appearance, my body shape and the clothing I can wear.
I also attended a workshop on Tuesday night run by Transform called The Habit Hub, where we looked at diet & nutrition, building good habits and setting targets which was really useful!
