It's week 4 and it's been a good week!
Three sessions smashed at the gym and the diet has been good this week!
I'm a bit of a creature of habit and have been sticking with fruit and a protein shake for Breakfast, something small like a pasta pot, mugshot, bagel with smashed avocado etc for lunch and then having a heathy tea once back from the gym. This week it's been omelettes, chicken caesar salad, veggie burgers and homemade seasoned chips, katsu chicken curry and rice and chicken skewers, rice and salad. All about the protein!
One thing that's been noticed, is how I'm looking brighter, skin looking clearer, bags under the eyes disappearing and of course the belly going down! I also managed to get into a pair of my old jeans that I've not been able to wear for 3 YEARS!
During last weeks update I was told that the aim for the week this week was to up the step count to around 8000 steps and to keep losing weight.
