Firefighters were called to a fire in a York play park last night (Sunday).
They went to the park on Alcuin Avenue at 7.22pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “The fire was out on arrival and an inspection was complete of the area.

“Crews left the scene once it was confirmed there was no further risk of fire spread.”
