There’s been a crash on the A19 near York this morning (Wednesday, 11 June).
It’s just south of Shipton by Beningbrough and involved two vehicles.
The AA says: “Partially blocked and slow traffic due to crash on A19 both ways from Sand Hole Lane to Church Lane.”

The crash has now been cleared.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said a crew from Acomb went to the scene at 7.01am, adding: “All persons were out on arrival of the crew. The crew carried out scene safety only.”
