A crash on the A19 near York this afternoon (Friday) is causing problems for drivers.
It happened on the southbound carriageway near Escrick.
The carriageway is blocked between New Road and Skipwith Road. Congestion goes up to Crockey Hill.
The AA is reporting increasing delays and an average speed of ten miles an hour.
