A child was taken to hospital following a collision at a busy York junction.
It happened at 3.20pm yesterday (Tuesday) at the junction of Beckfield Lane and Boroughbridge Road.
A red Ford Fiesta collided with the child.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Following the collision a child was taken to hospital for precautionary checks.
“We’re appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone who may have seen the vehicles prior to the collision, or anyone with relevant dashcam footage, to contact us.”
