Firefighters came to the rescue after a child got their head stuck in a cloakroom.
It happened at 1.38pm on Poppleton Road.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from Acomb assisted with releasing a child who had got their head stuck under a partition in a cloakroom.
“The crew used small tools to remove a part of the partition and then slid the child out who was unharmed.”
