Police investigating a sex assault in York have traced a man they wanted to question.
They issued a CCTV appeal yesterday (Tuesday) about the incident.
It happened at the Slug and Lettuce on Low Ousegate, on Friday 13 June at about 10.15pm.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said on Wednesday: “The man pictured in CCTV who we wanted to speak to following a sexual assault at the Slug and Lettuce on Low Ousegate, on Friday 13 June, has now been identified.
“Thank you to all who shared the appeal.”
