Emergency services were called to a crash near York early today (Sunday).
Fire crews from Acomb and York were among those called to the incident in Shipton by Beningborough at 1.29am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “On arrival the vehicle was found to have left the road and come to rest on its side in a hedge.

“The occupant was out on arrival of crews and in the care of police.
“Crews carried out scene safety and then left incident in hands of the police.”
