Emergency services were called to an incident which left a York woman injured this morning (Monday).
Fire crews and paramedics were called out at 10.43am.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “A crew from York assisted ambulance colleagues with the difficult extrication of a female who had been injured after a ladder fell on her.
“Crew power used to transfer female to stretcher and then on to waiting ambulance.”
