Police hunting for a man in York have made an arrest.
Yesterday evening (Sunday), officers appealed for the public’s help to find 36-year-old Daniel Bhanura, of Fossway.
They wanted to talk to him about an attack on the same street which left a man with serious head injuries.
Now North Yorkshire Police have issued this update: “Earlier today we issued an appeal to help find a wanted 36-year-old man from York in relation to an assault.
“He has now been arrested and is police custody.
“Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal.”
