North Yorkshire Police have released this image of a man in connection with a violent incident in York.
The incident occurred on Sunday 13 April, between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm.
The suspect, who was reported to have been carrying a knife, is believed to have travelled on foot around Burdyke Avenue and Water Lane.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said:
“Please contact us if you have any information that could help our investigation, or any CCTV or doorbell footage of this man.”
