Two women were hurt after a fight broke out near a York public toilet.
It happened between 4.15am and 4.20am yesterday (Thursday) outside the loos on Silver Street.
Two young women were attacked following “an altercation with several offenders”, police said.

They suffered facial bruising as a result.
Three young women, aged between 16 and 20, were arrested over the incident.
They were later bailed as the investigation continues.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
“If you witnessed the incident or have any information, including any knowledge of what led up to it, please contact us.”
