Police appeal for information following a series of thefts in York

North Yorkshire Police have released information regarding a series of shoplifting in York. 

Each of the incidents occurred within the last few months. 

Officers are appealing for information on each of the individuals photographed as they would like to speak to them regarding the crimes.

The first theft officers are investigating took place in Foss Islands.

It happened at 3.25pm on Monday 9 September 2024 in Home Bargains.

Officers would like to speak to this individual as they may have information that could assist the investigation.

The second incident police are appealing for information for was a theft at the Designer Outlet. 

It happened at 1pm on 22 October 2024, at Holland & Barrett, and involved the theft of food supplements.

There were two similar incidents that occurred at a shop in Fossgate last month. 

Police have issued CCTV images of two women they would like to speak to following the two separate incidents at Give the Dog a Bone.

The first incident took place at 1.42pm on Sunday 27 October, it involved the theft of £24.99 worth of stock.  

The second incident took place at 2.07pm on Tuesday 29 October and involved the theft of £41.98 worth of stock.
