There will also be a children’s tent with entertainment and activities happening all weekend – such as a silent disco, tots rave, kids yoga, dance workshop, Dino live, and Reptile Rescue.

To add to the fun there’ll also be inflatables, soft play, arts and crafts, and more to get involved in.

And if you’re worried about missing the football – don’t worry. The festival will be showing the England v Switzerland game on Saturday evening.

A wide choice of food and beverages will be available at the festival too.

Gearing up for family fun

The festival is in its 14th year, and new for 2024 is new staging, an extended funfair, new food vendors, and a new tots rave tent, to name just a few.

“This year we’ve introduced a number of new features – one being our children’s tent which will house everything you can think of from silent discos, dance workshops, Dino Live, glow discos and children’s entertainers,” said festival organiser Brett McMann.

“We’ve got over 30 live acts across two stages, including our event headliner Toploader. It’s fantastic to see an act of their calibre playing locally.

“With a fairground and inflatables section on site, sports coaching, family morning yoga and a wealth of food and drink outlets it’s looking like a great weekend ahead. I would encourage people to get the last remaining tickets to join us and make some memories.”

There is also the option to camp at the festival! Access to the site for those wanting to set up tents to camp will be from 9am on Thursday 4 July.

The arena will then be open from 12pm each day, with entertainment finishing at 11pm on the Friday and Saturday evenings, and 3:30pm on Sunday. All vehicles and attendees must be off site by 6pm on Sunday 7 July.
