Trick or Treat Chocolate Bar Making Workshop
This Autumn half term, the popular Chocolate Bar Making Workshops return… with a spooky Halloween twist!
Step into the York Cocoa Works Academy and create your very own 150g Trick or Treat chocolate bar. From creepy-crawly toppings to sweet surprises, it’s up to you whether your bar is frightful or delightful.
You’ll learn the story of cocoa, discover how the chocolate is crafted on site, and experiment with flavours and decorations to make a bar that’s uniquely yours. Once set and beautifully wrapped, your creation is ready to take home and enjoy.
During your workshop you will:

Learn about cocoa’s origins

Discover how chocolate is manufactured in York

Taste both milk and dark chocolate

Design, mould, and flavour your own chocolate bar

Add decorations to complete your masterpiece

£25 per participant (includes one 150g chocolate bar)

Children under 5 can assist a full-paying participant

Sessions run daily at 10.00am, 11.30am, 1.00pm, 2.30pm, and 4.00pm throughout half term
