Fire crews attended a crash involving two vehicles in Acaster Malbis.
The collision took place yesterday evening (Tuesday) and crews were called in at 5.22 pm.
Once Acomb and York firefighters arrived on the scene, the occupants of the vehicles were out of the cars and being assessed by paramedics.
The crews then carried out a scene safety assessment of the area.
