Doggy Life Drawing is at Doe Bakehouse on Sunday 14 May from 3pm to 4:30pm.

The event is hosted by Sheffield based artist Liah Edwardes, who first came up with the idea of Dog Life Drawing sessions after seeing an image of illustrators at Walt Disney Studios drawing a live deer for the film Bambi.

Liah has been running the sessions for around four years now, and also holds classes in Sheffield and Leeds as well as York.

“I aim to make these events a non-pressure environment, so all skill levels are welcome whether you’re an experienced artist or complete beginner,” said Liah.

All drawing materials are provided, including charcoal, pencils, pens and paper.

Tickets for this event normally sell out – so don’t wait to book if you’re interested. Tickets cost £15 for a doughnut included and £12 without, and are available here.
