A child pedestrian was hit by a car close to Monks Cross in York.
The incident happened at around 9.20pm on Saturday (21 December) at the main roundabout on Jockey Lane, near Asda petrol station.
The collision involved a 12-year-old boy and a silver Ford Fiesta.
Location
Following the collision, the child was taken to hospital for treatment to a back injury.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “If you saw what happened or if you were driving through and have captured the incident or the moments before on dashcam, please get in touch.”
