These images were released today by police investigating an attempted supermarket theft.
Detectives want to speak to the two women as part of their investigation into the incident at Morrisons on Foss Islands Road.
It happened at about 4.15pm on Thursday 13 March and involved the attempted theft of more than £600 worth of groceries.
Two women were approached by store security, and left without a trolley full of goods.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “Please contact us if you recognise the two women pictured on CCTV, as they may have information that will assist our investigation.”
