A huge country music festival is returning to North Yorkshire

A huge four day country music festival is coming to North Yorkshire this week.

Towerfest will take place at the Festival Fields, Drax, near Selby, from Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 June.

Heralded as the ‘North of England’s premier open air country music festival’, 2024 marks its 16th year – and it’s set to be bigger and better than ever.

The festival will kick off on the Thursday evening in the Drax Golf Club House, with the action moving out to the open air stage over the weekend.

As well as four days of fabulous music, there will be a whole host of trade stands, music and dance lessons, as well as a shoot out station.

Though online booking for the festival is now closed, day tickets will be available on the gate. Day tickets are £25.

There are very few camping pitches left available – if you’re interested in camping at the festival call 07944 703690 to book, but be quick.

So don your favourite cowboy hat, brush up on your line-dancing moves and get ready for four days of country music fun.
